By accessing or using any service provided by Equinox Suite — including The Fontologist web application, Canva App, intelligence reports, and equinox-suite.com — you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
Equinox Suite provides AI-powered tools and intelligence services, including but not limited to:
Services may be offered as free tiers with usage limits, one-time purchases, or subscriptions.
The Fontologist offers up to 3 free queries per day. This limit is enforced per IP address and resets daily. Free-tier access may be modified or discontinued at any time.
Paid plans (Lifetime, Professional, Agency) provide unlimited queries and additional features. Lifetime plans grant perpetual access to the version purchased. We reserve the right to introduce new features under separate pricing.
When used as a Canva App, The Fontologist operates within Canva's platform and is additionally subject to Canva's terms of service and developer policies.
Typeface recommendations are generated by AI and provided for creative guidance. They do not constitute professional design advice. Font licensing is the sole responsibility of the user — always verify that you hold the appropriate licence for any typeface before use in commercial work.
All content, design, branding, algorithms, and data compilations within Equinox Suite services are the intellectual property of René Heinz / Equinox Suite. You may not reproduce, reverse-engineer, or redistribute any part of our services without written permission.
The recommendations generated by The Fontologist for your queries are yours to use freely. The underlying engine, dataset, and interface remain our property.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. All prices are listed in euros (EUR) unless otherwise stated. One-time lifetime purchases are non-refundable except where required by applicable EU consumer protection law. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us within 14 days.
We aim to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, updates, and external factors may cause temporary interruptions. We are not liable for losses arising from service downtime.
Equinox Suite services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, René Heinz / Equinox Suite shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services if you violate these terms. You may stop using our services at any time.
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Balearic Islands, Spain.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through our website. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
